Turning off the water in the new Utah NSA data center that requires 1.7 million gallons of water every day to operate is the law behind “4th Amendment Protection Act”. A state-level bill which bans your state and local governments from helping the NSA in any way carrying out its spying program. Massive supercomputers monitoring your personal information are water-cooled and can’t function without the resources to keep them at operating temperature. The idea nullification was invented by James Madison who gave us the blueprint for stopping federal overreach before the Constitution was even ratified. Madison acknowledged anti-federalist fears that the new general government would try to exercise undelegated powers. And he assured them that the power of the states could keep the tendency in check in Federalist 46. The NSA has their sight on the youth as well, with heavy partnerships at 166 Universities in the US. Their not just a recruiting ground for future spy analysts, they provide valuable research partnerships to bolster the NSA’s spying and data-collection capabilities.

Since 1994, the SOD (Special Operations Division) a highly secret federal unit among multiple federal agencies. Is taking unwarranted NSA information, and transferring it to local and state law enforcement for investigations. These agents are specially trained to “re-create” investigations, use “parallel construction” and cover up where the information originated; the agency instructing agents to lie in court. Defense lawyers are kept in the dark, and even sometimes from the prosecution or presiding judge. This has been received by experts as being a clear violation of a defendant’s Constitutional right to a fair trial. SOD’s operations veiled, especially in its involvement in criminal court cases. Using “national security rules” on ordinary citizens is a clear violation and this 4th Amendment Protection Act would ban such activity.

From San Antonio, Texas to places like Oahu, Hawaii NSA has data centers and states are finding ways to shut them down themself. The NSA has physical limitations like power grids and vast amounts of waters, this is their weak spot! When a majority of Congressmen and senators are bought out  by special interest would you think calling them and writing will suddenly change their vote? A successful strategy against tyranny requires non-compliance and peaceful resistance. As Rosa already proved, saying “NO!”

Swinging over to the EU the “Plant Reproductive Material Law” regulates all plants. It contains restrictions on vegetables and woodland trees, as well as all other plants of any species. It will be illegal to grow, reproduce, or trade any vegetable seed or tree that has not been been tested and approved by the government, more specifically the “EU Plant Variety Agency.” […] The new law basically puts the government in charge of all plants and seeds in Europe, and prevents home gardeners from growing their own plants from non-regulated seeds. If they did, they would now be considered criminals. Now, official policies to support this kind of dominance by biotech, pesticide companies and other plays in big agribusiness are being pushed through in Europe, in this case by the European Commission. All the while in the US people are battling the TPP. This kind of tactic was literally used in the occupation of Iraq, by the way, where Bush appointee Paul Bremmer instituted the so-called 100 Orders of the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) that in one part forced Iraqi farmers to use only registered seeds, essentially jeopardizing thousands of thousands of years of heirloom seed agriculture, dating back to Mesopotamia. If this takes root as law in Europe and elsewhere, it will contribute towards the total subjugation of the people to the undue powers granted to biotech and Big Agra.
