Gun Laws Nullify, NSA Leaks, UN Cyberspace

Georgia taking shots with House Bill 732 that reads “No public servant or dealer selling any firearm in this state shall enforce or attempt to enforce any federal act, law, statute, rule, or regulation relating to a firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition that is sold, owned, or manufactured commercially or privately in Georgia and that remains exclusively within the borders of this state. This legislative devices hopefully affirming refusal to cooperate with Federal authority that are being out-of-bounds. 732 Also stating “The Attorney General may defend a citizen of this state in a federal prosecution for violation of a federal law relating to the manufacture, sale, transfer, or possession of a firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition owned or manufactured and retained exclusively within the borders of this state.”  With more states acting together, Florida legislature will consider HB733 that prohibits any state agency from cooperating with enforcement of any future, past, or present federal gun laws. The Second Amendment Preservation Act declares that no agent of the state or its political subdivisions may participate with or assist federal agents in the enforcement of federal firearms laws, or provide material support of any kind to federal agents in the enforcement of these laws. State agents and/or contractors who knowingly participate in or provide support for the enforcement of federal firearms laws would be subject to dismissal.  Working at the state and local levels is a key to winning nullification in many fields from gun laws to NSA collection apparatus’ .

NSA & GCHQ using anything from Google Maps to Angry Birds to transmit the world’s private information across the internet allowing the agencies to collect vast quantities of mobile phone data from their existing mass surveillance tools using cable taps, advertising tracking files or from international mobile networks. Major social media sites, such as Facebook and Twitter, strip photos of identifying location metadata or EXIF data that may be available for collection. Able to collect key details of a user’s life: including home country, current location, DOB, gender, zip code, martial status, income, ethnicity, sexual orientation, education level, number of children and capabilities to monitor YouTube and social media traffic in real-time. NSA and GCHQ have extensive tools ready to deploy against iPhone, Android and other phone platforms. GCHQ’s targeted tools against individual smartphones are named after characters in the TV series The Smurfs. (Pictured below)

CyberTech 2014 conference, Israel Prime Minister demands a “UN of the Internet” and is commited to the idea and wants to ensure that it’ll be on a large scale. A cyber headquarters for higher profits between government and corporations for participating in cooperation. Isreal seeking to define what “open, free, and prosperous” means in the cyber world. With over 5,000 companies participating in the conference. All durring the continued fallout of the NSA and GCHQ leaks, this is excatly what cyber citizens don’t want. With TPP flying at us from the flank the elite are attacking all fronts to get their self-proclaimed “New World Order”.
